This device is incredibly efficient as a dictionary.
It has been a fantastic addition to my language-learning toolkit. It’s efficient, easy to use, and packed with features that enhance my understanding of new words. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to ease their translation needs and expand their language skills!
Easy to use. Pretty Accurate.
This pen works well. It's pretty accurate, but all these pens are a bit hard to scan text perfectly. There is a delay with processing, but again, I haven't found a pen that doesn't do that. The translate feature is pretty fun to use.
SURPRISE!!!
It’s a scam! Notice the good reviews are from years ago. 2021 and older. For people who are new to purchasing products from Amazon or Amazon reviews, 4- 5 star reviews are displayed first. Always click on the 1-3 star reviews to really determine if the product is worth purchasing. This pen doesn’t work. It doesn’t scan text or define words in a dictionary. WiFi is incredibly hard to connect to and once you connect there is no disconnecting or changing networks. Do not buy this pen, you’ll waste your money AND have to pay to return it. If for some reason you purchased this pen as a gift and it sits around before you have a chance to open it bless your heart, you in for a terrible surprise which includes being outside of the return date and no refund. I put five stars in hopes that this review appears at the top of the chain. Good luck to any new customers/victims.
Nice Product and easy to use.
It’s a very useful tool for both me and my kids. My second-grade daughter uses it to know the words when she can’t sound them out. I used it to translate the words into Chinese, very accurate. The screen is very responsive and easy to navigate. Definitely will bring it next time when traveling to other countries.
Very good product!
Used this pen to translate Chinese book into English. Pen scanned smoothly and translation was very accurate! Live translation is another cool feature of this pen. It will be very useful when travel to foreign country.
A mandatory tool for students learning a new language or studying abroad
Based on personal experience:
I'm currently learning a foreign language. My classmate recommended this product to me, telling me I could use it to translate sentences. At first, I didn't think it was necessary, figuring I could just get by with Google. Later, after she lent me hers to use for a few days, I found it was actually incredibly useful and decided to buy one myself. When we are in class or studying alone, our learning materials are not usually digital files which can be copied and pasted into a translator like Google. If I’m reading a physical book or magazine, this pen is very useful because I can get instant translations on the fly by scanning the text. The pen itself has a color touch screen, which is easy to operate, and the interface is also very clean and intuitive. The translation results are displayed on the screen for direct viewing. This is a must-have tool for students.
Nice product and Easy to use
I started to learn French not too long ago. I can just use this pen to scan the sentences to translate them from English to French or French to English. This is way faster than looking up on computer or smartphone. I also found that the two-way speech translation function can be used for one person. I used it as a translator: I speak English to it, and the translated French will show up on the screen. The pen can also read the translations so that I don’t have to keep looking at the screen. On their website, it says that the pen supports 112 types of languages. I bet they’ve never thought of using it this way like I did. I figured that I would share this little trick to everyone. If you are still using the old translation pen from 10 years ago, you should really think about switching to this one. This pen can do both speech and scan! I think it's a helpful tool for language learners.
